Our website is hosted by Squarespace ( and information is processed in compliance with their privacy policy. Squarespace employs security measures such as using firewalls to protect against intruders, building redundancies throughout their network (so that if one server goes down, another can cover for it) and testing for and protecting against network vulnerabilities.

In addition, your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

When you initially provide or update your payment information, we transmit it via an encrypted connection to our Payment Processor, Stripe. Stripe uses and processes your payment information in accordance with Stripe’s Privacy Policy ( By accessing our site and purchasing services, you agree to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

We don’t store your payment information, other than your zip code and country, which we require for billing and to comply with tax and other government regulations. All sensitive and credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Photo Release

After creating an Account, you may be invited to participate in in-person Boost activities and events. During these events, we may capture photos to use on our website, social media accounts, marketing materials, and other materials to promote Boost. By creating an Account, you consent that Boost may use your photograph to promote the Company.

We may use cookies to personalize or enhance your user experience. Cookies are small pieces of text sent to your browser when you visit a site. They serve a variety of functions, like enabling us to remember certain information you provide to us as you navigate between pages on the Site. Our site uses information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer websites, to track user’s movements around websites, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. How will personal information is collected and how will it be used? We collect participants names, email address, gender, phone number, age and sports in which they participate. The personal information will be used to provide a free mental assessment for the participant to determine, through our proprietary algorithms, the participants current level of mental toughness and leadership skills. In addition, the personal information will be used to contact the participant with more information regarding coaches, content and consultations.

Parents rights. In compliance with the COPPA, we agree that:

·       We won’t require a child to disclose more information than is reasonably necessary to complete the online assessment

·       You have the right to review your child’s personal information

·       You may direct us to delete your child’s personal information by email

·       You may restrict us from further collecting or using your child’s information by email
