When taking the free assessment on our site, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number, age, and gender. When signing up for a membership, you may be asked to enter your name, email address and credit card information.

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, sign up for a membership, or otherwise enter information on the site in the following ways:

Our website is hosted by Squarespace (https://www.squarespace.com/privacy) and information is processed in compliance with their privacy policy. Squarespace employs security measures such as using firewalls to protect against intruders, building redundancies throughout their network (so that if one server goes down, another can cover for it) and testing for and protecting against network vulnerabilities.

In addition, your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

When you initially provide or update your payment information, we transmit it via an encrypted connection to our Payment Processor, Stripe. Stripe uses and processes your payment information in accordance with Stripe’s Privacy Policy (https://stripe.com/us/privacy/). By accessing our site and purchasing services, you agree to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

We don’t store your payment information, other than your zip code and country, which we require for billing and to comply with tax and other government regulations. All sensitive and credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Use of Cookies

We may use cookies to personalize or enhance your user experience. Cookies are small pieces of text sent to your browser when you visit a site. Do Not Track Signals

Do not track is a technology that enables users to opt out of tracking by websites they do not visit, including analytic services, advertising networks and social platforms. Our site uses information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer websites, to track user’s movements around websites, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information. We do not currently support recognition of Do Not Track protocol. Users of this site should anticipate that data regarding their visit to this site is collected and used in the aggregate as mentioned earlier in this paragraph.

California Online Privacy Protection Act

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. Compliance of the law is required by any company that reaches California consumers. According to CalOPPA, we agree to the following:

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) regulates the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old. The Federal Trade Commission, United States’ consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online.

How will personal information is collected and how will it be used? We collect participants names, email address, gender, phone number, age and sports in which they participate. The personal information will be used to provide a free mental assessment for the participant to determine, through our proprietary algorithms, the participants current level of mental toughness and leadership skills. In addition, the personal information will be used to contact the participant with more information regarding coaches, content and consultations.

                  Parents rights. In compliance with the COPPA, we agree that:

·       We won’t require a child to disclose more information than is reasonably necessary to complete the online assessment

·       You have the right to review your child’s personal information

·       You may direct us to delete your child’s personal information by email

·       You may restrict us from further collecting or using your child’s information by email

·       You may agree to the collection and use of your child’s information, but may still opt to not allow disclosure to third parties except as required to conduct the service
