When taking the free assessment on our site, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number, age, and gender. When signing up for a membership, you may be asked to enter your name, email address and credit card information.

Do Not Track Signals
Do not track is a technology that enables users to opt out of tracking by websites they do not visit, including analytic services, advertising networks and social platforms. Our site uses information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer websites, to track user’s movements around websites, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information. We do not currently support recognition of Do Not Track protocol. Users of this site should anticipate that data regarding their visit to this site is collected and used in the aggregate as mentioned earlier in this paragraph.
We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide users with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release information when it’s release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising or other users.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) regulates the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old. The Federal Trade Commission, United States’ consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online.
As we market to and collect information from children under 13, we strictly adhere to the following COPPA tenants:

How will personal information is collected and how will it be used? We collect participants names, email address, gender, phone number, age and sports in which they participate. The personal information will be used to provide a free mental assessment for the participant to determine, through our proprietary algorithms, the participants current level of mental toughness and leadership skills. In addition, the personal information will be used to contact the participant with more information regarding coaches, content and consultations.
Parents rights. In compliance with the COPPA, we agree that:

· You have the right to review your child’s personal information
· You may direct us to delete your child’s personal information by email
· You may restrict us from further collecting or using your child’s information by email
· You may agree to the collection and use of your child’s information, but may still opt to not allow disclosure to third parties except as required to conduct the service
