Become a Certified Mental Toughness Instructor

As a CMTC with BOOST your primary responsibility will be implementing and facilitating the Boost program to athletes, teams, businesses/employees, and individuals. The ages of the individuals range from 6th grade to retirement. You will be facilitating a program that teaches people how to improve self-awareness and situational awareness via mindfulness training and curriculum.
