The best thing a person can do, first thing in the morning, is wake up and kick fears butt.
Take our “embrace the suck” challenge and for one week every morning take a 30-second to 1 minute cold shower. Not lukewarm….cold.
When you do it I promise you will come out of it feeling more alive and confident. Better than any cup of coffee can provide. But yes you can still have your coffee afterwards.
See if you have the willpower to do it.
